Amal Oils accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Orders shipped to Florida are required to pay 7% sales tax.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
In the best interest of our customers, Amal Oils ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail. USPS estimates all priority shipments to arrive within 2-3 business days of mailing, however, these are just estimates and not guarantees. Amal Oils does not take responsibility for items that take longer than 2-3 business days to arrive. If you would like to request expedited shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Amal Oils waives the signature requirement at delivery, you assume all responsibility for receipt of the order once it has been shipped from Amal Oils and you understand that your order will be left unattended at your mailbox if it does not fit inside. If you would like a signature requirement please contact our customer service department, email@example.com.
Amal Oils ships to non-U.S. destinations upon special request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for details for your specific country. International orders generally take 6-10 business days to arrive, but may take longer. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and customs charges when the shipment arrives. Orders that are shipped to international destinations are not refundable under any circumstance and become the sole responsibility of the customer once the shipment has left our packing facility. By choosing the international shipping option, you agree that you have read and understood this policy.
All orders are processed in a timely manner. Orders received before 3pm(EST) are processed the same day and shipped within 48 hours. Orders received after 3pm(EST) on Friday are processed the following Monday.
After placing your order, Amal Oils will send you a tracking number so that you can track your order. You can also check the status of your order on our website at all times by simply logging into your account. Due to the nature of the products and our inability to resell used products, all sales are final. Please note that Amal Oils eGift Certificates are alsonon-refundable.
If your packaged was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately by calling 305-741-AMAL (2625), emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or submitting our "contact us" form.
